About Leander Hornung:

Leander Hornung’s practice focuses on collective and individual employment law, as well as general commercial law and corporate law.

Following his training, Mr Hornung practised in the field of employment law. In the course of his subsequent career, he increasingly advised clients on commercial and company law in connection with various restructuring processes, handling both the relevant due diligence and the drafting and analysis of the associated contractual documents, whilst also assessing liability risks for the companies involved and their governing bodies. In addition to his work in commercial and corporate law, Mr Hornung has handled various mandates in the field of accounting and tax law.

Biography:

Leander Hornung, born in 1981, studied law at the Johann Wolfgang von Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. He is currently completing his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main. During his clerkship, Mr Hornung worked in the mergers and acquisitions department of a major international law firm.

Mr Hornung has been admitted to the Bar in Frankfurt am Main since December 2010. After spending five years working for an international auditing firm, he joined the team at SCHULTE LAWYERS. in July 2016.
