About Dr. Martin Schröder:

Martin Schröder specialises in commercial and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions. He also assists corporate groups with their investment management. He is also responsible for all matters relating to the Transparency Register and the Supply Chain Act. He advises and represents national and international companies on all matters within his field of expertise. His clients include companies in the automotive supply sector, the sporting goods and flooring industries, and tour operators. Furthermore, Patricia Heinrich holds seminars and gives lectures on current developments in product liability law and contract drafting.

Biography:

Martin Schröder, born in 1984, studied law at the Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg. At the same time, Mr Schröder completed additional training in European law (‘European Lawyer (University of Würzburg)’). He completed his legal clerkship at the Hanau Regional Court (Higher Regional Court district of Frankfurt am Main). Mr Schröder obtained his doctorate under Prof. Dr Oliver Remien at the Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg in the fields of private international law, European sales law and comparative law. He has been admitted to the bar since 2014 and initially worked at a medium-sized commercial law firm in Frankfurt am Main in the areas of commercial and corporate law/M&A. In 2021, Mr Schröder joined SCHULTE LAWYERS. as a partner.
