About Patricia Heinrich:

Patricia Heinrich specialises in M&A, company law, general commercial and business law, and travel law. She advises national and international companies, particularly those from the French-speaking region, on the drafting and negotiation of general terms and conditions (B2B contracts), including warranty and quality assurance agreements and other distribution matters, as well as on product liability law. In addition, Patricia Heinrich provides comprehensive support to our clients on matters relating to insolvency law, such as the filing of claims both domestically and abroad (including participation in creditors’ meetings), the continuation or termination of contractual relationships with insolvent companies, and the acquisition of companies from insolvency.

Her clients include companies in the automotive supply sector, the sporting goods and flooring industries, and tour operators. In addition, Patricia Heinrich holds seminars and gives lectures on current developments in product liability law and on contract drafting.

Biography:

Patricia Heinrich, born in 1976, studied law at the Universities of Cologne and Paris I/Panthéon-Sorbonne. She obtained a joint German-French Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Cologne and Paris I (maîtrise en droits français et allemand). As part of her postgraduate studies at the Université Paris I/Panthéon-Sorbonne (Prof. Philippe Manin), Ms Heinrich specialised in EU and European law. Following positions at the European Court of Human Rights and at a Franco-German law firm in Strasbourg, Patricia Heinrich has been working for SCHULTE RECHTSANWÄLTE since 2000, the year the firm was founded. She is part of the firm’s French Desk.
