Since beginning her career as a solicitor in 2005, Astrid Krüger has dedicated herself to employment law and thrives on the daily challenges her clients present her with. Whether dealing with individual employment law matters or complex issues in collective employment law: Astrid Krüger finds legally sound and practical solutions. She has many years’ experience in conducting negotiations and, in particular, in preparing and implementing restructuring measures – bringing to bear not only expertise but also tact and sensitivity. She is particularly sought after in the transport, energy and IT sectors, where her clients value her quick grasp of issues and strategic approach. She is also keen to provide further training for her clients and regularly holds seminars on current developments in employment law as well as on topics relating to individual and collective labour law.

Biography:
Astrid Krüger, born in 1977, studied law at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and worked during this time at the Max Planck Institute for European Legal History. She subsequently completed her legal training in Frankfurt am Main, specialising in employment law.
She has been practising as a solicitor specialising in employment law at SCHULTE LAWYERS. since 2005. During this time, she spent two months working in the employment law department of a partner firm in Washington D.C. She has been a specialist solicitor in employment law since 2009 and a partner at SCHULTE LAWYERS. since 2012.
