About Blandine Orthmann:
Blandine Orthmann specialises in M&A, international commercial law, private international law and company law. She advises national and international companies, particularly those from French-speaking countries. She also advises on international disputes involving interests in France and Germany. Ms Orthmann has particular expertise in the automotive and energy sectors.
Biography:
Blandine Orthmann studied law at universities in France and England. She holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law (Université Paris-Sud), an advanced Master’s degree in International Business Law and Management (ESSEC London) and an LL.M. in International Finance Law (King’s College London). Furthermore, Ms Orthmann studied English law at the University of Law London, completing a Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course in line with the professional training of English solicitors. Prior to joining SCHULTE LAWYERS., Blandine Orthmann worked as a lawyer in France for an international company specialising in the offshore oil and gas industry. She also completed an internship in the Energy & Resources department of an international law firm in Paris.
Blandine Orthmann has been a member of the French Desk at SCHULTE LAWYERS. since 2017. She was admitted to the bar in 2018 and is a member of the Paris Bar.
