Our employment law team takes pride in its many long-standing client relationships. This enables the team, in particular, to act as a competent and business-oriented advisor to HR managers at all times. Both within the framework of this ongoing advisory work and on a project basis, the employment law practice has particular expertise in providing employment law support during change processes, transactions and restructurings. Not only in this area, but also in other aspects of collective labour law, the team has extensive experience in negotiating with employee representatives and dealing with trade unions active in this regard.
The employment law team at SCHULTE LAWERS. also regularly works with its clients to design personnel development and management tools, as well as working time arrangements and remuneration systems, whether these are traditional in nature or form part of newer approaches, such as agile HR management tools.
